Please join us in celebrating Queen’s promotion from Community Manager to Regional Manager! With over 25 years of serving and caring for others, Queen is a motivator and negotiator who’s passionate about producing results while empowering others to exceed company goals.
Queen holds both CAM and CPO certifications and brings a diverse background, from nursing to managing deregulated energy and natural gas call centers, all with a strong focus on customer service and creative problem solving. She’s also BIG on giving back and volunteering in her community.
