Shannon has been a valued leader across our organization, previously serving as Regional Manager after a well earned promotion in 2024. Her deep industry expertise, spanning decades in banking, real estate licensure since 2008, and long-standing involvement with the Tallahassee Board of Realtors, has consistently strengthened both her teams and our broader portfolio.

In her new role, Shannon will join our Client Relations Team and focus on driving new multifamily management opportunities, building strong external relationships, and partnering closely with our internal teams to support continued portfolio growth.
