Your Future Starts Here: Royal American University Launches Pathway to Career Development Program for All On-Site Positions!

November is National Professional Development Month, and Royal American Management is celebrating by officially launching its Pathway to Career Development (PCD) Program, creating exciting new opportunities for our site team members to grow, develop, and advance their careers!

Designed to invest in our greatest asset—our employees—this comprehensive, multiphase program provides structured training, hands-on experience, job shadowing, and mentorship to help team members prepare for their next career opportunity within Royal American Management.

We have successfully offered this program for Maintenance Pathways in Central Florida as well as the State of Florida. In 2027, we are offering these pathways to all sites company wide. Additionally, pathways to Operations Specialist and Regional Manager will be created and offered in the future!

Five career pathways are now available:

• Administrative Pathways: Assistant Community Manager, Community Manager, and Area Manager
• Maintenance Pathways: Maintenance Technician and Maintenance Supervisor/Superintendent

Through a collaborative effort between the Operations Group, Training Department, Human Resources, and ACE Committee, participants will gain valuable knowledge, strengthen their professional skills, and receive guidance from experienced mentors throughout their development journey.

The launch during National Professional Development Month reinforces Royal American Management’s commitment to cultivating talent, promoting from within, and empowering employees to take ownership of their professional growth.
