Celebrating 105 Grace Hill Excellence Awards!

We are proud to share some exciting news… 105 Royal American communities have earned the 2026 Grace Hill Excellence Award!

Previously known as the Kingsley Excellence and Ellis Best in Class Awards, the Grace Hill Excellence Awards continue a long-standing tradition of recognizing multifamily properties that outperform the Kingsley Index™ benchmark for overall resident satisfaction and likelihood to recommend.

This achievement reflects the dedication, professionalism, and care our teams bring to their communities every day. From delivering exceptional service to creating welcoming places our residents are proud to call home, these awards highlight the impact of your hard work.

Earning 105 awards across our portfolio is an incredible accomplishment, and it would not be possible without the commitment of our site teams and support staff who go above and beyond for our residents.

Congratulations to all the communities recognized this year, and thank you for continuing to set the standard for excellence across Royal American.
