Upcoming Town Hall: A Conversation with Corporate Maintenance

Please join us for our first RAU Town Hall of 2026 featuring our Corporate Maintenance Department on Wednesday, January 28^th! This session is highly recommended for all site Maintenance employees and Community Managers.

This Town Hall will cover topics such as:

• When repairing parts on HVAC is more cost effective and when replacing units is more cost effective

• Staining and the difference in a moisture meter and a humidity reader as well as what you should be looking for
• Shop organization
• Leveling up on preventative maintenance
