Certified Training Mentor Program
We’re proud to celebrate our very first Certified Training Mentor (CTM) Program class!
This inaugural class included 15 participants who have now completed the program and are ready to provide hands-on support to newly hired and newly promoted Community Managers across our portfolio. The CTM program was created as part of our continued commitment to leveling up our training efforts and ensuring our teams feel supported, confident, and prepared in their roles.
The training was hosted at San Juan Apartments, providing an engaging, collaborative environment for learning and connection. We were also excited to welcome a special appearance from Missy Dugas, Senior Vice President of Operations, who helped reinforce the importance of mentorship, leadership, and investing in our people.
As we continue to grow, programs like CTM allow us to strengthen our internal support systems and make training an even greater priority at Royal American. Congratulations to our first CTM class. We’re excited to see the positive impact you’ll make!
It was a privilege to participate in the inaugural Certified Training Mentor (CTM) Program. The training was thoughtfully structured and provided practical, hands-on guidance that will enhance our ability to support newly hired and promoted Community Managers effectively. Awesome course that also needs to be extended to the Property Managers as well. It is not only a needed program, but it was very motivating to hear the stories from Missy and Lori.

WE “RAM” should extend this program were as if RAM employees as myself have adult children and Wife who can also take a training through RAM for Maintenance certification certificates and possibly new hire to expand our force to be reckoned with team 🙂 My wife and children iare super handy with tools and does almost everything that I do .
