We are excited to welcome Deanna Blankenship to the Royal American team as a Regional Manager!
With over 25 years of experience in property management, Deanna has successfully overseen diverse residential portfolios, including the management of up to 2,400 apartment homes. Her background spans Conventional Housing, Workforce Housing, Tax Credit communities, and New Lease-Ups. Throughout her career, she has consistently focused on driving operational excellence, resident satisfaction, and asset performance while adapting to the unique demands of each property type and market segment.
When she’s not managing apartment communities, you’ll usually find Deanna outdoors on the water or on the sidelines cheering on her kids at their sports games—nothing beats fresh air and a good match!
