We are excited to welcome Dana Waller to the Royal American team as a Regional Manager!
Dana brings 28 years of experience in property management, with a proven track record in financial acumen, leadership, and team development. Throughout her career, she has led teams with a people-first approach, believing that “you get what you pour into people.” Her expertise spans budgeting, forecasting, collections, and strategic planning, and she has successfully overseen rehab projects valued at up to $14 million. Dana’s strength in problem-solving and communication makes her a tremendous asset to our team.
Outside of work, Dana loves spending time with her grandchildren, listening to music, and gathering her family together for Sunday meals with her five grown daughters.
