Mental Health First Aid Certified Leaders

Congratulations to the members of Royal American’s leadership team who recently completed Mental Health First Aid certification!

This valuable training equips participants with the knowledge and confidence to recognize the signs of mental health challenges, provide initial support, and connect individuals with appropriate resources when they need them most. By investing in education like this, we continue strengthening our ability to lead with empathy, compassion, and understanding.

Mental health impacts every community, and creating environments where people feel safe, supported, and heard is an important part of our mission. Whether serving our fellow team members or the residents who call our communities home, these newly certified leaders are helping build a stronger culture of care throughout Royal American.

As we observe Minority Mental Health Month this July, we are reminded of the importance of increasing awareness, reducing stigma, and expanding access to support for all.
