Leading the Way: Quarterly Leadership Meeting

Our Support Staff Department Heads, Regional Vice Presidents, and Executive Team recently came together for our quarterly leadership meeting, a gathering focused on growth, innovation, and charting our path forward. 

The agenda was packed with forward-thinking discussions, including exploring how AI can serve as our on-demand assistant to streamline daily tasks, boost productivity, and provide instant support. 

Most importantly, we took a forward-looking approach to 2026 by aligning on shared priorities and exploring how each department’s goals contribute to our collective success. When we work together toward common objectives, there’s no limit to what we can achieve for the communities we serve. 

These quarterly meetings remind us why collaboration is at the heart of everything we do. By bringing together our leaders, we ensure that innovation, excellence, and our commitment to helping people find a place to call home remains strong across our organization.
