Our Client Relations Team plays an important role in the continued growth and success of Royal American. As the primary point of contact for our property owners, they work to build strong relationships, communicate effectively and ensure our clients feel supported throughout their partnership with us. The team is also responsible for bringing new business to Royal American and regularly travels as needed to present our company, services and capabilities to prospective management groups. Through these presentations and conversations, they help introduce new partners to the Royal American difference and demonstrate the value we bring to the communities we serve.

In addition to developing new business, the team plays a key role in onboarding and offboarding properties, coordinating closely with departments across the company to make each transition as seamless as possible. As a four person team, their work reaches virtually every corner of our organization and has a direct impact on our ability to grow. Their dedication, professionalism and commitment to building lasting relationships help strengthen our partnerships and support Royal American’s continued success.
