The apartments cater to a diverse range of residents, including moderate-income, low-income, public housing beneficiaries, Section 8 participants, and extremely low-income households. Moreover, this welcoming community extends its arms to former inhabitants of Massalina Memorial Homes, who were displaced in the wake of the destructive Hurricane Michael.
