RAD and RAC Advance New Affordable Senior Community in Lynn Haven

 

Exciting progress is underway at The Enclave at Northshore, a brand-new 87-unit affordable senior community currently under construction in Lynn Haven, Florida.

Thanks to the efforts of our Development and Construction teams, the vision for this community is steadily becoming a reality. The drone footage below offers a glimpse at the work taking place on site and the progress achieved thus far.

When completed, The Enclave at Northshore will provide quality, affordable housing designed to support seniors and foster a strong sense of community. The property is scheduled to welcome its first residents in Spring 2027.

Projects like this represent the collaboration, expertise, and dedication of many team members working toward a common goal. We appreciate the hard work of everyone involved and look forward to sharing future milestones as construction continues to take shape.

Grand Opening of The Park at Massalina Apartments Marks a Triumph in Affordable Housing and Community Revitalization

A momentous occasion unfolded on Thursday, July 27th, 2023, as the Panama City Housing Authority, in collaboration with Royal American Companies, commemorated the grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony for The Park at Massalina Apartments. This event not only signaled a significant stride towards addressing affordable housing concerns but also served as a symbol of resilience and rejuvenation for the Glenwood community in the aftermath of Hurricane Michael. The ceremony drew the presence of esteemed local dignitaries and enthusiastic community members.

Nestled within the vibrant and historic Glenwood community, The Park at Massalina Apartments ushers in a new era with its 120 meticulously crafted one, two, and three-bedroom units. The apartments cater to a diverse range of residents, including moderate-income, low-income, public housing beneficiaries, Section 8 participants, and extremely low-income households. Moreover, this welcoming community extends its arms to former inhabitants of Massalina Memorial Homes, who were displaced in the wake of the destructive Hurricane Michael. Read more

The Enclave at Lake Pointe Grand Opening

On February 8, 2023 a Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony was held for Enclave at Lake Pointe, a brand new affordable senior apartment community for persons 55 + located in Houston, Texas.

 

Enclave at Lake Pointe has been a joint partnership with Magellan Housing, Royal American Development, and the Harris County Community Service Department (HCCSD) to replace affordable apartment homes that were lost during Hurricane Harvey. During Hurricane Harvey, nearly 100,000 homes were flooded or damaged, leaving residents, including seniors, without secure and affordable homes. Using Hurricane Harvey disaster recovery funds HCCSD contributed $15,095,025 toward the cost of this development through Hurricane Harvey Community Development Block Grant Program -Disaster Relief (CDBG-DR) funding.

Did you know that over the Summer, Royal American Management introduced an education and internship program available to the residents of the communities we manage in St. Thomas? It is an opportunity to start in a new career they may not have otherwise considered. The kick off event was a success. It took months of preparation and a team to put it all together. The Jasmine Senior Living Apartments in Miami, Florida are in full bloom. The community offers One and Two bedroom apartments. The community offers a beautiful new space as well as many conveniences for our new residents.
