Congratulations Rose Nurse!

We’re proud to announce the promotion of Rose Nurse to Regional Vice President!

With over 20 years of experience in the multifamily industry, Rose has been an incredible leader and driving force in our company. Since joining Royal American in January 2014 as an Assistant Community Manager in Tampa, FL, she has consistently demonstrated excellence, earning promotions to Community Manager, Assistant Regional Manager, Regional Manager, Senior Regional Director, and now Regional Vice President.

Rose’s impact extends far beyond her role. She is currently serving her second term as President of the Bay Area Apartment Association Board of Directors and is actively involved with the Florida Apartment Association, contributing her expertise across multiple boards. Within Royal American, she serves as Chair of the Legal Focus Group and Co-Chair of the ACE Committee, continuing to shape and strengthen our organization.

Outside of work, Rose values time spent with her family, creating meaningful memories and spoiling her two grandbabies. She also has a fun and vibrant passion for collecting all things pink and Hello Kitty!

Rose’s dedication, leadership, and heart have played a huge role in our success, and we are so excited to see her continue to make an impact in this new role. Congratulations, Rose!
