CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR NOMINATION; WIND MEADOW

Dana Collins is from Tuscaloosa, Alabama and came to Royal American in January of 2022.  Dana’s hard work and kind heart fit in perfectly with the Royal American culture. Under her leadership Wind Meadow has never fallen below 97% or had a month of delinquency over 3%.

Cody the Maintenance Supervisor has been with Royal American since 2015. Cody goes above and beyond to try and save the company money while also providing top quality products.

Dana and Cody both surpass expectations while providing exceptional customer service to all their residents.

Annual Achievement Awards 2024; MIAMI

 

The Miami Region took over the Kaseya Center home of the Miami Heat on Thursday, April 11, 2024, for the Annual Achievement Awards! Just as in basketball, where every dribble, pass, and shot counts, each step you take, every hurdle you’ve overcome, will lead you to the moment of glory. The ceremony was a whirlwind of emotions and inspiration for all who attended. We want to Congratulate all of the winners who continue to raise the bar of excellence!

Remembering Patti Masters

 

It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Patricia (Patti) Masters. Patti was the Community Manager for Lakewood Apartments as well as an Area Manager for RA.

Her unwavering dedication and commitment to Royal American over the past 36 years left an indelible mark on our company. Patti’s hard work, passion, and loyalty were invaluable; shaping our culture and contributing to our success in countless ways. She navigated a challenging diagnosis with such strength, resilience, and positivity that inspired us daily.  Her presence made a profound difference to all of us.  

We want to express our deepest gratitude for everything she devoted to Royal American. Her contributions will always be remembered and cherished. During this time, our thoughts and prayers are with her loving family and friends. We wish them love and comfort at this difficult time.

Black History Month Trivia Contest

In honor of Black History Month, we encourage our communities and corporate groups to join our month-long Black History Trivia Contest. Assemble your team and challenge yourselves with questions that span historical milestones and pop culture. A prize awaits the team with the most comprehensive knowledge.

 

Team Spirit!  To encourage team spirit, pick a team captain and submit 1 weekly entry per community or corporate department.  (up to 8 people per team.)

 

Where can I find the quiz?  The quiz will be posted on The Dispatch every FRIDAY morning over the next 4 weeks.  Submit your answers by close of business to: diversity@royalamerican.com

Be sure to list  your team members names.  Your team will receive an entry in our prize drawing for every correct quiz submitted, for 4 possible total entries!

Dear Royal American Family,

As we wrap of the first month of 2024, I want to extend my warmest wishes to each and every one of you. Happy New Year!

The past year has been filled with challenges and triumphs that have only strengthened our resolve and unity as a team. Together, we have faced uncertainties head-on and emerged even stronger. Your dedication, hard work, and commitment to excellence have been the driving force behind our success.

As we step into the fresh canvas of a new year, let’s carry forward the lessons learned, celebrate our achievements, and embrace the opportunities that lie ahead. I have full confidence that 2024 will be a year of growth, innovation, and continued success for Royal American.
