Upcoming Training: Resident Billing & Vacant Cost Recovery

Royal American Management is pleased to announce an upcoming RealPage training session on Resident Billing and Vacant Cost Recovery. This training is required for all Assistant Community Managers, Community Managers, and Regional Managers.

Two sessions will be offered, but team members only need to attend one. The first session will be held on Friday, September 26, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Eastern, and the second will take place on Thursday, October 2, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Eastern.

The training will be conducted virtually through Zoom. All participants must complete the RealPage attendee registration form prior to joining, as registration is required for attendance purposes. You may register in advance by following this link.

During the course, attendees will receive an in-depth introduction to the Utility Management website. Key topics will include how to approve or reject a Prebill, the responsibilities of designated approvers, and an overview of final bills and monthly reporting. In addition, the training will cover the Vacant Cost Recovery tool and explain how it can be used to help control utility usage for residents who are in violation of their lease.
