RAU Learning Council Launches

Royal American University is proud to announce the launch of the RAU Learning Council, a new employee advisory group focused on strengthening training and professional development across Royal American Management.

During the inaugural meeting, participants shared valuable feedback on current training programs, discussed what has had the greatest impact on their careers, and offered ideas to enhance future learning opportunities. Key themes included mentorship, hands-on learning, leadership development, and improving the onboarding experience.

The RAU Learning Council is open to all site-level and regional level employees who want to help shape the future of learning at Royal American Management. Your feedback and ideas will play an important role in developing training that supports employee growth and operational success.
