RAMP Miami Celebrates 4th Graduating Class of Future Property Management Leaders

Royal American Management proudly celebrated the 4th graduating class of the Rising Apartment Management Professionals (RAMP) program on June 4 at Villa Patricia Apartments in Miami.

Previous RAMP graduations were held in the U.S. Virgin Islands, Panama City, FL, and Orlando, FL—each marking the program’s continued success in preparing residents for careers in the multifamily housing industry.

RAMP is a tuition-free training initiative that equips residents with the knowledge and hands-on experience needed for roles in property management. The program includes online coursework, mentoring, job shadowing, and a paid internship.

The ceremony featured remarks from RAM Corporate team members and Joey Chapman, Vice President of Royal American Construction & Development. The highlight of the event was hearing each graduate share their personal journey—what drew them to the program and how it has impacted their lives. Graduates are now encouraged to apply their skills and seek employment opportunities with Royal American Management or other property management companies.
