Preparing Today for a Safer Tomorrow

Hurricane preparedness is a year round priority for many of our communities, and several of our Community Managers in the Gulf Coast area recently took the opportunity to strengthen their knowledge at the Gulf Shores Hurricane Preparedness Expo.

This expo brought together emergency management professionals, local organizations, and weather experts to provide valuable resources for storm preparedness. Attendees explored vendor exhibits, collected emergency planning materials and preparation checklists, and had the opportunity to hear from a local meteorologist who answered questions and shared insights on hurricane forecasting and safety.

Representing Royal American at the event were:

  • Miriam Albin, Community Manager – Peppertree
  • Robyn Smith, Assistant Community Manager – Peppertree
  • Rhonda Mink, Community Manager – Sawgrass & Glendale
  • Jessica Shores, Community Manager – Emerald Cove East & Emerald Cove West
  • Stephanie McCrory, Community Manager – Magnolia Crossing & Bell Ridge

By participating in events like this, our teams continue to build the knowledge and resources needed to better serve residents before, during, and after severe weather. Thank you to these team members for their commitment to preparedness and for helping keep our communities informed and resilient!
