We are thrilled to announce the grand opening of The Grove at Perry, our brand new 160-unit apartment community in Perry, Florida! On this exciting day, we had the honor of celebrating alongside city officials, community members, and our incredible team as we officially cut the ribbon and opened the doors to what we know will be a vibrant addition to the Perry community.
The Grove at Perry turned out beautifully, offering residents a fresh, modern place to call home. This new community will be a wonderful asset to the city, providing quality housing options and helping to support Perry’s continued growth and vitality.
A special thank you goes to our outstanding team members who made this project and grand opening possible including Macee Penny- Regional Manager, Crystal Corbitt- Community Manager, and Rob Jones- Lease Up Specialist.
Your dedication, hard work, and passion were key in bringing The Grove at Perry to life, and we are so proud of everything this team has accomplished.
