Our final phase of the RAMP (Rising Apartment Management Professionals) Program was conducted from March 7th through 9th at Stanford Pointe Apartments in Panama City. Five students were in attendance for this three-day management training program. This interactive program covered daily operations procedures, customer service, risk management, fair housing, and more. This year’s contest theme was “One Love.” Residents and Employees were invited to share with us, through art, what diversity and inclusion looks like to them. Winners were determined by votes.
