We are thrilled to announce the official Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for Fontana Pointe, a brand-new residential community bringing 72 quality homes to families in Greeneville, Tennessee. Comprised of 36 two-bedroom and 36 three-bedroom apartment homes, Fontana Pointe will provide much needed affordable housing for families earning 50% and 60% of the area median income
The grand opening celebration featured key remarks and recognition from project leaders and community partners:

Developed by The Hall Group, Fontana Pointe represents a total project investment of $19.4 million, supported by $13.25 million in Federal Tax Credit Equity provided by PNC Bank. With a construction and design budget of $14.2 million, the development generated 180 construction jobs and 2 permanent management roles.

Our next Town Hall is happening tomorrow, Wednesday, August 26th from 2:00–3:00 PM Central (3:00 PM–4:00PM Eastern). Hosted by the Training Department, this session will feature Patrice Walker, Director of Affordable HUD/ RD Administration. She will cover topics such as:
- Maintaining compliance by timely investigating the results on EIV Reports
- Collecting monthly payments for the Repayment Agreements
- Utility Allowance Baseline – retrieving signed tenant forms
