Today, we are honored to celebrate a remarkable milestone: 30 years of dedication, growth, and industry knowledge. You don’t reach a 30-year milestone without incredible passion and loyalty and those words describe this employee perfectly. We’re excited to share Frankie’s story and congratulate her on this incredible milestone anniversary.

What position did you start out in at Royal American?
I began my career with First Service in 1996 in the Tenant Accounting department.

Tell us a little bit about your career journey with Royal American.
In 2009, when an opportunity became available, I transferred to the management company to broaden my experience and take on new responsibilities. The transition allowed me to apply my accounting background in a more operational role. I found my place within the company and never wanted to transfer to any other positions.

Share a favorite memory from your time with Royal American.
I’m grateful for the support, encouragement, and memories I’ve shared with so many. This workplace has felt like a second home. I am thankful for all the people I have met and built some great friendships along my journey.

Share some of your interests and hobbies outside of Royal American.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, and my dogs. I love going camping and taking trips to the mountains, where I can relax and enjoy the outdoors. One of my favorite things is watching my granddaughter play softball. Spending quality time with my family and making lasting memories together is what I enjoy most.

What advice would you give to someone just getting started?
My advice to someone just starting out would be to stay organized, be willing to learn, be flexible and maintain a positive attitude and don’t be afraid to ask questions.
