Tell us a little bit about your career journey with Royal American.
25 years ago, I came in as a Customer Service Rep at People’s First! Now, I am the Senior Vice President and over all of Personal Lines.
Share a favorite memory from your time with Royal American.
The best memories are probably the coworkers who became lifelong friends — who’ve been there through amazing moments in my life as well as tough times.
Share some of your interests and hobbies outside of Royal American.
I wish I had some cool niche hobby, but honestly, I’m happiest when I’m napping or watching true crime shows and trying to solve the case before the detectives do. Oh… I guess I’m super happy when I get to watch my dolphins or hurricanes live! (& they win!!)
What advice would you give to someone just getting started?
I would say insurance, although frustrating at times, is a great opportunity for long term success.
