A Message for 2026
Dear Team,
As we prepare to turn the calendar to 2026, I find myself reflecting on the incredible journey we have shared over the past twelve months, and I am filled with a deep sense of appreciation for our hardworking team at Royal American. We have navigated challenges and embraced new processes, and I am incredibly proud of the foundation we have built together.
Looking ahead, we are turning a new page, and we’ve already started to build that groundwork. 2026 is about action. I am thrilled to introduce our theme for the upcoming year: Level Up.
This concept goes far beyond a simple slogan; it is a mindset that will guide everything we do. We are issuing a challenge to not just maintain our standards, but to raise them. We believe in a “ripple effect” of growth: When we elevate ourselves—our skills, our mindset, and our passion—we inevitably elevate those around us.
By leveling up our internal excellence, we create stronger, more cohesive teams. Stronger teams build safer, happier communities for our residents. And thriving communities are the ultimate achievement of our mission in multifamily housing.
In 2026, we will focus on four key pillars:

- Leveling Up Our Teams: Supporting one another to foster collaboration.
- Leveling Up Our Communities: Going beyond property management to true community engagement.
- Leveling Up Ourselves: Committing to your personal and professional development.
None of this is possible without you. You are the heart of Royal American! As we step into this new year, I challenge you to find your “next level”—whether that means mastering a new skill, mentoring a colleague, or finding a new way to serve our residents.
