Leadership Spotlight – Jeanne Hatten
We are excited to shine the spotlight on Jeanne Hatten, Regional Vice President, and celebrate an exciting milestone in her continued leadership journey within the multifamily industry.
Jeanne recently completed the final course of the Leadership Lyceum program and has officially earned her Leadership Lyceum certification through the Georgia Apartment Association.
In Georgia, the Leadership Lyceum program is closely integrated between the Atlanta Apartment Association (AAA) and the Georgia Apartment Association (GAA) and is recognized as a premier professional development initiative designed to cultivate high-potential, emerging volunteer leaders within the state’s multifamily housing industry.
The program is designed to prepare professionals for greater involvement in association leadership by strengthening their understanding of advocacy, governance, volunteer service, industry issues, and the responsibilities that come with serving in future committee and board roles.
For Jeanne, earning this certification is an important accomplishment and a natural extension of the leadership she already demonstrates every day at Royal American. It also positions her for even greater involvement within the apartment association community and future opportunities to serve, lead, and contribute at the local, state, and national levels.
Jeanne has already begun putting that leadership into action.
She recently represented Royal American Management as a panelist at the Georgia Apartment Association conference in Chattanooga, Tennessee, participating in the session:
“Leading What’s Next: Preparing Multifamily Leaders for an Era of Transformation.”
Jeanne joined three fellow panelists for a discussion focused on how leadership is evolving within the multifamily industry. The conversation explored shifting workforce expectations, emerging technologies, economic pressures, and the increasing demands placed on leaders at every level.
Being selected to participate in this panel gave Jeanne the opportunity to share her experience, perspective, and leadership approach with industry peers while proudly representing Royal American.
We are especially proud to see our leaders investing in themselves while also investing in the future of our industry. Programs like Leadership Lyceum, association volunteerism, and opportunities to serve as industry speakers and panelists allow our leaders to build relationships, expand their influence, and help shape what comes next for multifamily housing.
Congratulations, Jeanne, on earning your Leadership Lyceum certification and on representing Royal American so well at the GAA conference. We are proud of your accomplishments, proud of the leadership you bring to our teams, and excited to see where your continued association involvement takes you next.
Way to represent Royal American, Jeanne!
