Celebrating Our First RAMP Maintenance Graduate: Jacquelyn Garabito

Royal American Management launched the Central Florida Rising Apartment Maintenance Professionals (RAMP) earlier this year. RAMP provides residents with free, hands-on training for property management roles. Jacquelyn Garabito enrolled and has now become the program’s first official graduate for RAMP Maintenance.

The RAMP Maintenance Track includes 195+ hours of online learning, job shadowing, hands-on instruction, and a paid internship. Jacquelyn was mentored by Francisco Santos, Regional Maintenance Specialist, RAM Orlando, and supported by the Willows onsite team during her internship.

She completed an employment-readiness session with Lori Agudo, Director of Training; a one-on-one Phase 4 Maintenance Training with Dave Kennedy, VP of Maintenance; and passed the online maintenance assessment. After fulfilling all program requirements, she earned her certificate of completion.

Just before finishing the program, Jacquelyn accepted a Porter position at her home community, Willows I & II in Kissimmee, FL—an ideal starting point as she works toward becoming a Maintenance Technician.

Congratulations to Jacquelyn Garabito, the first graduate of the RAMP Maintenance Program!
