Baytown Apartments Honored with Community Impact Award

We are proud to share that Baytown Apartments in Tampa, FL was awarded the Community Impact Award at the recent CREW Tampa Bay Awards Ceremony — a well-deserved recognition for a truly meaningful project.

During the event, attendees were shown a video highlighting the story behind Baytown Apartments, followed by a live vote to determine the award recipient. Baytown’s mission and impact resonated strongly with the audience, earning them this honor.

Baytown Apartments is a groundbreaking housing development that provides critically needed, affordable, safe, and inclusive housing for people with disabilities. With all 30 units fully occupied shortly after the March ribbon cutting, this community has already demonstrated the powerful and immediate need for developments like this. Baytown Apartments is setting a new benchmark for future affordable housing projects across Florida.

We are incredibly excited for the Baytown team and proud to see their work recognized. This award is a testament to the lasting impact thoughtful, purpose-driven housing can have on individuals and the broader community. Congratulations to everyone involved in bringing this important vision to life.
