Today, March 27th,  marks the first anniversary of our Panama City RAMP graduates!

In 2022, these ambitious residents joined Rising Apartment Management Professionals (RAMP), RAM’s tuition-free property management training program. The program’s unique blend of virtual instruction, classroom learning, and on-the-job training through paid internships has proven to be a recipe for success. As we celebrate this milestone, we recognize the hard work and dedication of our graduates. Their achievements reflect not only their commitment but also the supportive environment of RAM corporate and our on-site teams. Looking ahead, we’re committed to continue supporting our RAMP graduates in their career paths and we eagerly anticipate their future contributions to the industry.
