Diversity at Royal American

Dear Employees,

Like so many of you, we have been deeply saddened by recent events in our country. Royal American has long believed we are all made better by the diversity that exists within our companies and communities. We are a company that aspires to build better lives for all of us. We strive to have a diverse employee population and recognize that only by interacting with and listening to people of all races, backgrounds, ethnicities, sexual orientations, religious beliefs, and abilities can we truly hope to understand and appreciate one another. Our values are centered on the notion of creating a place where every employee, resident, client, vendor, customer, and guest is welcome, respected, appreciated, and able to be themselves regardless of sex, age, race, religion, nationality, color, sexual preferences, familial status, socio-economic background, or disabilities.  We are a company that does not condone acts of racism, discrimination, or violence. As such, employees must always treat people with the utmost respect, compassion, and professionalism. Anything less will not be tolerated.
