Maria began her career in the industry in 2019 as a Leasing Consultant at Palms at Vero Beach, and her dedication and hard work quickly earned her promotions to Assistant Community Manager at Aida Palms in 2020 and Community Manager of Auburn Village in 2022. Along the way, she gained valuable lease-up experience and earned her HCCP certification.

Congratulations to Rose Nurse on her recent installation as 2025 President of the Bay Area Apartment Association! Rose, who currently serves as a Senior Regional Director for Royal American Management couldn’t be more deserving of this position and we’re so proud of her accomplishments in the multifamily industry.
