I have been with Royal American almost half my life.  When you say it like that, it seems almost overwhelming…  When I started here, I never knew that I would be here 24 years later.  I did not know that this company was the type of company that took care of its employees, that cared about their work/life balance.  It has been a journey from being a young mother to being someone looking forward to retiring on the horizon.  When I first started, I was the youngest person in my department for several years, I can’t say that anymore! 2023 Annual Achievement Awards

 

Our company had an exhilarating week with our Regional Managers visiting our Panama City Corporate Office. We thoroughly enjoyed celebrating at the 2023 Annual Achievement Awards. We are thrilled to announce that Little Havana won Property of the Year! We couldn’t be prouder of their outstanding achievement. At this event, we were able to recognize many individuals who went above and beyond in 2023. We also celebrated our hard-working support staff members and awarded our amazing IT Department with Support Department of the Year! We look forward to continuing our success and achieving even greater milestones together in 2024.

CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR NOMINATION; COUNTRY WALK

It is with great pride that the Orlando Region nominates Country Walk for the 2023 Property of the Year Nominee. This property maintained an average occupancy of 99.7%, with an average delinquency of less than 1%. They had an outstanding NOI growth of 78%. This community is in a very rural location and they do not have a lot of luxuries that some markets offer. The manager and teams’ commitment to this community is reflected in the amazing performance this property had in 2023.

CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR NOMINATION; WIND MEADOW

Dana Collins is from Tuscaloosa, Alabama and came to Royal American in January of 2022.  Dana’s hard work and kind heart fit in perfectly with the Royal American culture. Under her leadership Wind Meadow has never fallen below 97% or had a month of delinquency over 3%.

Cody the Maintenance Supervisor has been with Royal American since 2015. Cody goes above and beyond to try and save the company money while also providing top quality products.

Dana and Cody both surpass expectations while providing exceptional customer service to all their residents.

CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR NOMINATION; LAKEWOOD

It is with great honor that the Atlanta Region nominates Lakewood II for the 2023 Property of the Year Nominee. This property maintained an average occupancy of 99.74% for the entire year of 2023. The delinquency was an impressive 0.20% and have increased NOI and Cash Flow from 2023. The have faired exceptionally on all inspections and audits. The property faced many challenges in 2023 including the loss of their beloved manager who loved this property and it’s resident for over 36 years. Even with the struggle of the manager battling cancer she came out with the best numbers in the region.
