Being Latina for me represents the combination of many races which each one of them fills me with pride – Indian, Spanish and African make up my nationality and as Puerto Ricans we carry each of those races in our delicious food, in our customs and traditions.
I will always be proud of my roots, coming from the La Isla del Encanto, and because I am Latina and with great joy I can say: “YO SOY BORICUA , PA’ QUE TU LO SEPAS (I am Boricua, so that you know it).”

Their numbers for 2022 combined with their can-do attitude truly make this property one of a kind for it’s residents and clients. This property excelled in all five KPI categories needed to achieve the feat of being the Property of the Year.
Marchell Hawk (Manager) and Adrian Joyner (Maintenance) both work together everyday to ensure the best living experience for their residents. They have both worked at Christine Cove since lease up still have the same pride in their community now that they did when they started many years ago!
Christine Cove truly feels like a family to the residents, the staff here helps the residents celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, and many other life milestones with their residents in their huge community room.

We are elated to announce that Royal American Management has climbed up 5 spots this year and attained the #10 position on the NAHMA Top 100 Affordable Management Companies List! Congratulations all around to everyone who has worked diligently to make this achievement a reality. RAM also moved up on the Specialty List Sector claiming yet another 10 spot on the top 25 (LIHTC) Property Management Companies and the 15 spot on the Top 25 Largest Rural Development Program Property Management Companies.
On July 19, 2023, we celebrated the accomplishments of our Communities in the U.S. Virgin Islands at the first in-person event since 2020, due to travel restrictions and social distancing requirements. The celebration was held at Bolongo Bay Resort in St. Thomas, and we were very grateful that the team could celebrate together. We were honored to be joined by our Executive Leadership Team on island.
The awards earned at these communities demonstrate the commitment to providing excellent Property Management to our residents, clients, and communities. We are very proud of the accomplishments achieved at the communities in the Virgin Islands, and we are excited to see all of the achievements yet to come!!

On April 26, 2023, we celebrated the accomplishments of our managers at the first in-person awards ceremony since the pandemic. The 11th annual ceremony was held at the Florida Aquarium in Tampa, and we were so grateful that we could all come together to celebrate each property and their hard work under one roof. We were honored to be joined by our Panama City Executive Leadership Team, The Orlando corp. office Team, and our Administrative Assistant.
2022 was a year of substantial growth and accomplishments for RAM however we know this year did not come without its challenges, as we all were trying to navigate getting back to a normal work environment while still recovering from the effects of the pandemic. We appreciate all you did in 2022.
