Meet Rhonda Hiser, the heart and soul behind Brookmeade Villas in Crestview, FL! With over 11 years of dedication as a Community Manager with Royal American Management, Rhonda embodies everything we love about RPM careers. Her compassion and commitment shine through in every interaction, making her an absolute joy to be around. Meet Chaundra Wilson – a Community Manager and Area Manager at Pine Meadow! Her dedication shines as she manages her site while mentoring others in the Gainesville area. A true asset to Royal American Management, Chaundra’s leadership and guidance make a lasting impact. Thank you, Chaundra, for your invaluable contributions!

Meet Ricardo Garcia, a dedicated leader making waves as both Community Manager and Area Manager at Country Walk! His outstanding leadership led Country Walk to be nominated for Most Improved Property of the Year and Property of the Year in 2023. Ricardo’s commitment to building strong relationships with residents, vendors, and colleagues truly sets him apart. His positive attitude and deep community involvement are key factors in the success of his property and the effectiveness of his roles.

Having spent four fulfilling years at Royal American, Stephanie Valencia, the Community Manager at Villa Patricia, has discovered a deep passion for giving back to the community. Through her role, she’s grateful to play a meaningful part in the day-to-day lives of both senior and family residents. Thanks to the support of Royal American, she’s been able to actively contribute to enhancing the well-being of these communities, fostering connections, and making a positive impact on their lives. It’s incredibly rewarding for Stephanie to know that she’s able to make a difference, and she’s excited to continue serving and supporting the residents in the years to come.
