Today we are highlighting maintenance and service professionals for RPM Careers Week! These individuals were chosen by our Vice President of Maintenance, Dave Kennedy.

• Meet Mr. Willie, the dedicated Maintenance Supervisor at Abbewood Apartments. With 13 years of service at Royal American and his EPA certification, Mr. Willie ensures that Abbewood and other properties under his care, like Lakeridge Apt and Villa of Lakeridge, run smoothly while strictly following RA policies and procedures. • Jesse Spencer, Maintenance Supervisor at Reserves at Kanapaha. Celebrating 13 years with Royal American, Jesse holds certifications in CAMT, CPO, and EPA. Leading a team of 7 employees responsible for 416 units, Jesse’s dedication to excellence shines through in every aspect of his work. Thank you for your outstanding service, Jesse!

• Steven Juarve, the Maintenance Supervisor at Palm Grove Garden. Approaching his two-year milestone with Royal American, Steven’s EPA universal certification and unwavering commitment have been instrumental in maintaining Palm Grove’s smooth operation, especially during challenging times. Thank you for your dedication, Steven!

• Wilson Cast, the Maintenance Supervisor at Perrine Rainbow and Goulds Apartments. With 9 years of service at Royal American and his EPA certification, Wilson’s professionalism, extensive knowledge, and leadership have led to notable progress at both properties. Thank you for your exceptional leadership, Wilson!
