Rooted in RAM: Corporate Annual Achievement Awards

We had an exciting and inspiring week at our 2024 Annual Achievement Awards in Panama City! With our Regional Managers, Regional Directors, and RVPs gathered, it was a time to reflect, recognize, and reconnect. This year’s theme, “Rooted in RAM,” reminded us of the strong foundation we’ve built together and the incredible people who help us grow. 

We’re thrilled to announce that Village Allapattah II has been named Property of the Year, Vanessa Erazo was named Regional Manager of the Year, and our amazing Human Resources team earned Support Department of the Year! We also celebrated many standout individuals who went above and beyond in 2024. We’re so proud of the dedication, teamwork, and heart that defines our RAM family. Here’s to building on that foundation for an even stronger year ahead!
