RAMP PANAMA CITY: 1 YEAR ANNIVERSARY

Today, March 27th,  marks the first anniversary of our Panama City RAMP graduates!

In 2022, these ambitious residents joined Rising Apartment Management Professionals (RAMP), RAM’s tuition-free property management training program. The program’s unique blend of virtual instruction, classroom learning, and on-the-job training through paid internships has proven to be a recipe for success. As we celebrate this milestone, we recognize the hard work and dedication of our graduates. Their achievements reflect not only their commitment but also the supportive environment of RAM corporate and our on-site teams. Looking ahead, we’re committed to continue supporting our RAMP graduates in their career paths and we eagerly anticipate their future contributions to the industry.

Three of our Panama City graduates have obtained full-time employment with Royal American Management. Congratulations to

  • Yeismarie Muriel-Rivera, Leasing Consultant, The Park at Massalina
  • Teundra Bell, Assistant Community Manager, Sand Dunes Apartments
  • Sara Silvia, Service Contract Administrator, RAM Corporate

Teundra was the perfect fit for the RAMP program. It was amazing to see her enthusiasm and excitement to learn as an intern at Gatewood Apartments. A few months later, I was blessed with the opportunity to work with her again at Sand Dunes. She is a joy to work with and she has become a huge asset to Royal American. As bad as I hate to see her leave me as an assistant, I know that she will soon be a great community manager. I can’t wait for the RAMP program to roll out another set of team members. It has definitely been a success!
