Throughout Missy’s tenure with us, she has demonstrated exceptional operational acumen, a keen understanding of market dynamics, and a passion for innovation. Her ability to streamline processes, optimize efficiency, and deliver results has been instrumental in our success. In her new role as SVP of Operations, Missy will lead our operations team, to include four (4) RVP’s, as well as implement operational strategies with precision and foresight.

As SVP of Support Services, Judy will continue to elevate our standards of customer care and support through leading the following Royal American Management support departments: Maintenance, Training, RealPage Systems Support, Affordable Compliance Programs, Marketing, Vendor Credentialing and Contracting.
