Every year, millions of people are trafficked around the world, including our own neighborhoods. Human trafficking is the second largest and fastest growing criminal industry in the world, second only to drug trafficking.

In honor of Human Trafficking Prevention month, RA University will be hosting an informative webinar on Wednesday, 1/31 from 2:00 – 3:00 pm CT/ 3:00 – 4:00 pm ET. This webinar is open to all employees that wish to attend. A meeting invitation has been sent to all. If you did not receive an email please reach out to training@royalamerican.com.

This live webinar will cover the following:

  • What is human trafficking?
  • Statistic on this global crisis
  • How to spot potential human trafficking situations in your everyday life
  • How to report suspected cases
  • For site level employees within FL – statute regarding human trafficking, signage, and training requirements
  • Additional resources to learn more about this crisis

We look forward to hosting this webinar and hope to see you there!

Did you know that hobbies contribute to better work-life balance and reduce work-related stress? A study of 400 employees published in the “Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology” finds marked differences between those who engage in creative hobbies and those who do not.

Last year, we had the opportunity to witness our male staff from the Royal American team enjoying their preferred leisure activities. Now, we extend our appreciation to our Royal American female staff, acknowledging their hard work and the commitment they demonstrate to self-enrichment and ultimately contributing to a healthy work-life balance.

Dear RA Team,

At Royal American, we believe that “Everybody markets.” It’s not just the responsibility of the Marketing department or the New Business department; every employee has the opportunity to represent our company in their daily interactions. Some of our most valuable clients have come to us through referrals from our community managers, regional managers, contracting/vendor compliance staff, and more. We know that anyone, at any time, may come across a lead for a client looking for a new management company or someone preparing to embark on a new project.

To show our appreciation for your valuable contributions in helping us expand our portfolio, we are thrilled to introduce a brand new Employee Bonus Program for Client Referrals, effective immediately. Here’s how it works:

Bonus Structure:

  1. For referring clients with up to 99 units, you will receive a $250 bonus upon onboarding.
  2. For referring clients with 100-199 units, you will receive a $325 bonus upon onboarding.
  3. For referring clients with 200-299 units, you will receive a $500 bonus upon onboarding.
  4. For referring clients with 300 units or more, you will receive a $750 bonus upon onboarding.
