We are in unsettled times with a pandemic and social unrest occurring all over our country. It falls to each citizen to do their part to create a more inclusive and understanding environment. While you may not think, you as an individual, can do much -that is far from the truth. It all starts with one person, one act of kindness, one act of understanding and/or one act of inclusion.
We, as a company, not only have a diverse workforce, but also a very diverse resident/client base. We can always be better and that starts with understanding our personal and professional biases that we bring with us.
