Welcome to the team Laura Lutz, Regional Manager

Laura started her career in property management in 1991 and has over 25 years’ experience in the multi-family industry. She has extensive knowledge of Tax Credit, Conventional, HUD, Rural Development, Senior Living, New Construction lease ups and Rehabs. She holds a Certified Apartment Manager Designation (CAM) along with Property Manager in Charge license (PMIC) for South Carolina and an Assisted Living Facility License in Georgia.

Welcome to the team Patrice Walker, Regional Manager

Patrice began her career in the affordable housing industry 25 years ago as a Financial Analyst and was soon promoted to an Asset Manager for SHCC, HUD’s Contract Administrator for the states of Texas and Arkansas. She acquired a COS and CPO certification in the early years of 2000 and was informed by the National Association of Housing Management that she was only one in a handful nationwide that scored a perfect 100% on the CPO exam!

With over 15 years of experience in the multifamily industry, Tony is a seasoned professional in leading and managing affordable properties. Currently he oversees 4 regional managers and a portfolio of nearly 50 properties, ensuring they deliver exceptional resident experiences within the Atlanta region.

Welcome to the team Angela Payne, Regional Director

For 17 years, Ms. Payne has thrived in the Tax Credit industry, driven by a passion for transforming properties into thriving communities. Her expertise spans residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, where she has consistently maximized value while prioritizing resident satisfaction. Angela oversees 4 regional managers and a portfolio of over 40 properties within the Atlanta region.

Congratulations on your promotion Juan Rodriguez, Regional Manager

Moving up the ranks, Juan started his career with Royal American Management back in 2013 as a leasing consultant. Since then, he has held many positions within the company such as community manger, floating community manager, operations and training specialist, and most recently regional manager. He has extensive experience in the multifamily industry, specifically overseeing IDD communities which makes up a large portion of his portfolio.

Congratulations on your promotion Karen Johnson, Regional Manager

Ms. Johnson is an accomplished veteran of the multifamily industry with more than 30 years of experience under her belt. She is highly skilled in stabilizing distressed properties and has a background in working at sites, compliance, and now operations. Karen holds many certifications including a C4P, STAR, and HCV certificate.
