CONGRATULATIONS to Yasi Otero, Royal American’s reining Regional Manager of the Year! Yasi obtained her CAPS (Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor) designation from the National Apartment Association.  This nationally recognized designation is a monumental achievement and comes with the honor of joining a much respected and elite group of property management professionals.

The CAPS Program is an in-depth review of property management principles and techniques as used by the professional multi-site supervisor. The course helps make the connection between knowledge and on-the-job performance. Training is divided into five, eight-hour courses followed by a final exam.  The CAPS designation provides professional credibility, national industry recognition and personal growth and development. Earning your CAPS takes you to the next level in property management and we are very proud of Yasi for obtaining her credentials!
