Congratulations Little Havana; Property of the Year
With much excitement and enthusiasm we announce the winner of Property of the Year; Little Havana in Miami, Florida! They were presented with this honor in Panama City last Wednesday. Community Manager, Doris Arnez, with emotions ranging from stunned to elated gracefully accepted the award on behalf of her team. Congratulations Little Havana!
This prestigious honor is the culmination of a rigorous evaluation process conducted by each Regional Vice President (RVP) group, resulting in the selection of four outstanding contenders from across our organization.
To determine the nominee for each respectable region we evaluated the following criteria:
- a physical occupancy that averages 96% or above for the entire year;
- Net Operating Income that is higher than the previous year and exceeds the annual budget expectations;
- Delinquency less than 2%;
- All inspections must be above average;
- Staff attitude must be exemplary and must maintain low turnover.
Little Havana’s regional manager Thomas Hire’s had the following to say about the team at Little Havana:
