On June 23, 2021 a Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony was held for Harper’s Pointe in Gainesville, FL. Harper’s Pointe Apartments is a 66 unit senior housing apartment community owned by AEP (Affordable Equity Partners)/JES Holdings, LLC and managed by Royal American Management. In attendance were several members of the Greater Gainesville Chamber including the President and CEO Eric Godet, Sr. who helped us in welcoming this new development to the area. District 20 Florida State House of Representative Yvonne Hayes Hinson who has spent her life in Gainesville right around the corner from this beautiful development was also in attendance and gave an amazing speech about the area and how grateful she was to see affordable housing for seniors right there in her neighborhood. Florida Housing Finance Corporation Board of Director’s Chair Ron Lieberman also said a few words as well. AEP/JES was well represented by Patti Adams JES Senior Development Manager, Andrea Winter AEP Investor Compliance Asset Manager, Glenn Lucas AEP Asset Manager, Ellen Vossbrink AEP Director of Asset Management and TJ Leon AEP Development Manager.
