On May 11, 2022 we celebrated the hard work and accomplishments of our Regional Managers in a prestigious award ceremony held in Panama City Beach. This year, we held our largest event ever with 27 Regional Managers in attendance to celebrate the achievements and were honored to have several special guests in attendance. Amongst those were the Chapman family, our Support Department VPs and Directors and our Platinum Sponsors!

Please help us congratulate Julio Perez on his promotion to Regional Maintenance Specialist. Julio has been with RAM for a couple years and most recently held the position of maintenance supervisor. Village Carver was his most recent home base. We are excited to have him as an addition to the corporate maintenance team.
On Friday June 11th, the staff at Villa Patricia received a call stating the elevators at Villa Patricia I were stopping and jumping. The elevator technicians were called immediately and started working on the elevators at noon. They did not complete the repairs until around 9PM; having to leave to get parts in between. The next day the elevators began to have issues and again the elevator technicians came out to repair the elevators from noon until 10:30PM; again having to leave for items to complete the repair. During both of these elevator outage events, the staff of Villa Patricia were AMAZING! They helped elderly residents bring their personal items/groceries to their homes as well as assisted in helping them climb the stairs safely to their homes. They also kept residents comfortable in the Community Room serving them water and snacks until they could be assisted in getting up the stairs to their homes.
Way to go Villa Patricia team for going above and beyond to ensure our residents were comfortable, safe and taken care!!! You Rock!
