For the past few years our Awards were being held virtually and although we loved seeing everyone’s faces on our computer screens nothing beats spending quality time in person. On April 25th, 2023 we held our Awards in person at Jungle Island in Miami, FL. It was great to be able to celebrate the hard work put forth by all in 2022 in such an amazing venue with spectacular views. We all enjoyed the Animal encounter where everyone had the opportunity interact with 4 different species of animals housed at the Jungle Island. Employees loved the snake encounter..well some more than others. Everyone enjoyed themselves and took home lots of awards! We are very proud of all our sites!
The Annual Achievement Awards for the Atlanta Region were held at The Great Wolf Lodge in LaGrange, GA! The team learned that the Strength of the Pack is the Wolf and the Strength of the Wolf is the Pack, we are better together, which was fitting as this was the first in person awards presentation in several years.
The Panama City office held their Annual Awards Ceremony in Tallahassee, FL on April 11th. This was our first in person ceremony since 2019. It was so great to see all of the managers faces again in person and to be able to shake their hand to celebrate their accomplishments. The managers give so much to their properties and Royal American Management every day and we could not be more proud of our award winners. We look forward to seeing who will win in 2023 but first let’s celebrate this years winners.
