Last week, five members of our team traveled to Tallahassee for the annual Legislative Conference—now IMPACT, powered by FAA! This two-day event is a vital opportunity for industry professionals to engage with lawmakers, advocate for policies that strengthen our communities, and ensure that our voices are heard at the state level.

At Royal American, we understand the importance of staying informed and involved in the legislative process. IMPACT provides a platform for us to connect with key decision-makers, discuss issues affecting the housing industry, and work toward solutions that benefit both residents and property management professionals.

We’re proud to have had our team representing us at this event, standing alongside fellow industry leaders to drive meaningful change. Advocacy is a team effort, and by participating in IMPACT, we’re helping to shape the future of housing in Florida.

We’re thrilled to announce the well-deserved promotion of Sam Price to Assistant Corporate Controller!

Sam’s journey with Royal American is a testament to his hard work, dedication, and passion for growth. He began with us as a GL Tech while pursuing his accounting degree at Gulf Coast and later at FSU PC. Over the years, Sam has continuously excelled, earning promotions to Staff Accountant, then Accounting Manager, and now Assistant Controller.

Sam shared, “I’m thankful for the opportunity to keep learning and getting involved in new aspects of the business. Everyone here is so willing to share their knowledge and lessons learned, which has made all the difference.”

Our very own Director of Training and Talent Development, Lori Agudo, was recently installed as the 2025 President of the Space Coast Apartment Association! Congratulations Lori, we are so excited for you and commend you on your commitment and dedication to professional development within our company and our industry.
