We’re excited to share that Sherry New has rejoined the Royal American family as one of our new Regional Managers, and we couldn’t be happier to welcome her home!
Sherry brings over 33 years of experience in the multifamily housing industry, with a strong background in both conventional and affordable housing. Throughout her career, she has earned a reputation for her leadership, commitment to excellence, and ability to support and uplift her teams. Her return to Royal American is a full-circle moment, and we know her experience and heart will continue to make a lasting impact.
A major personal milestone for Sherry was passing her real estate exam, a goal she worked hard to achieve and is incredibly proud of. It’s just one more example of her determination and drive to grow and evolve in this industry.
When she’s not leading her teams or working in the field, Sherry enjoys spending time with her family, especially her son Devin and granddaughter Avery. She also loves being near the water, whether it’s a lake, river, or the ocean, and lives by her own fun and lighthearted superstitions. (Just a heads-up: don’t split a pole if you’re walking beside her!)
