We’re excited to welcome Jeremy Goodrich to the Royal American team!

Jeremy brings over a decade of experience in the multifamily housing industry, beginning his career as a leasing agent in Denver, Colorado. Since then, he’s worked across multiple facets of real estate, including commercial properties and HOA management, gaining a broad and valuable perspective. One of his most memorable milestones? Successfully selling a shopping plaza in his very first real estate deal—a strong start that set the tone for a career marked by adaptability and results.

Jeremy is a licensed Florida CAM and an active member of the Miami Realtors Association and the National Association of Realtors. He looks forward to continuing to grow professionally by expanding his network and joining new industry organizations.

Outside of work, Jeremy has a deep appreciation for the arts. He’s an avid collector of antique music and owns both an Edison phonograph from 1909 and a Victrola from the 1920s. His collection includes original recordings dating back over a century, and he enjoys starting his mornings with a cup of coffee and the warm, nostalgic sounds played just as they were intended, by hand-cranking each record.
