The Company believes education is a meaningful and valuable opportunity, and supports education through our Leadership Education Scholarship program.

 

The Company will award up to two (2), two-thousand dollar ($2,000), two-year Leadership Education Scholarships in 2024 to an active, full-time employee’s legal dependent who has been accepted and/ or is currently enrolled in a full time undergraduate study program at an accredited community college or university.

 

If you are interested, please read the Leadership Education Scholarship policy.  If you think your dependent is eligible, complete the Application Form and submit it along with their essay to hrdept@royalamerican.com no later than April 15, 2024!

In an effort to boost our benefits for our employees, Royal American has raised it’s 401k match for the 2024 year. The company will contribute up to 6%! Take advantage of this benefit if you are able!

Clarification Example – If you contribute 3% to your 401K, the company will contribute a 3% match.

By contributing 6% you are receiving the maximum benefit available to you.
