Attention Panama City: 2020 HEALTH FAIR COMING SOON!

The 2020 health fair will be held Thursday, November 5 from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm at the Corporate Office on the 7^th floor.  This year, the only vendors that will be in attendance are Florida Blue doing the biometric screenings and Walgreens providing flu shots.  Appointments are mandatory and masks will be required if you choose to participate.

We will be doing raffles for those employees who complete the following required steps:

1. Biometric screening- done at the health fair, at Quest or by your physician
2. Completion of the online Personal Health Assessment (PHA)

Instructions for making appointments at Quest and instructions for completing the PHA can be found on the Quest Flyer attached (4^th attachment).  Wellness checks will not be required this year as we know a lot of doctor’s offices were not seeing patients for annual wellness exams for several months.
